Breaking Barriers in Tech, Together

Endeavour Women in Tech (EWIT) is an employee-driven initiative that was formed to break down barriers and transform the male-dominated world of technology and infrastructure from the inside out.

From educational scholarships to championing career growth and opportunities, to fostering diverse candidates, leadership roles, and community involvement, our team knows that change matters.
Endeavour Women in Tech is founded on three pillars.
These pillars are meant to support, advance, and empower women in technology and infrastructure.
Empower
Give women a voice, visibility, and the support needed to thrive in tech.
Develop
Create clear growth paths and opportunities for women to advance into senior leadership.
Educate
