Chris leads the commercial development and global rollout of Endeavour’s solutions through its Edged Infrastructure division. Prior to his current role as CEO of Edged Infrastructure, Chris served as COO at PowerSecure, the U.S. market leader in distributed power and microgrid systems. Chris began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, later transitioning to the commercial sector with Caterpillar. Passionate about grid resiliency and sustainability, he is dedicated to advancing microgrid innovation and deployment worldwide.

Kyle is an experienced Executive bringing leadership, passion, and energy to organizations of all stages.  He has proven to be a stabilizing presence through transitions, prosperous times, difficulties, and major growth efforts.  Able to provide clear vision and direction for a company’s long-term strategy, while driving cross-functional efficiencies and collaboration between all departments in highly technical industries.  Kyle most recently had the role of President, running a $350M microgrid EPC firm.  Adept at managing a P&L, cash, personnel, operations, product offerings, and key customers.  He is a former walk-on student athlete who understands the value of teamwork, relationships, and commitment to excellence.

John brings over 30 years of expertise in cooling systems, particularly for data centers. As CEO of ThermalWorks, he leads teams in designing, developing, and deploying innovative cooling solutions. Known for his problem-solving skills and attention to detail, John ensures seamless collaboration across all project phases. His vision is to equip Endeavour’s data centers with ThermalWorks products, driving industry innovation and environmental progress

Jennifer leverages her expertise in compliance, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations as ThermalWorks’ COO. With a passion for data and meticulous attention to detail, she manages budgets, schedules, and supplier communications while navigating regulatory requirements. Jennifer thrives on the dynamic challenges of manufacturing critical cooling equipment for data centers, finding purpose in leading a motivated team to tackle complex projects with efficiency and adaptability.

Ming is a leading innovator in heat transfer and cooling systems, with decades of experience solving complex engineering challenges. As CIO at ThermalWorks, he drives the development of cutting-edge cooling solutions for Endeavour’s state-of-the-art data centers, from design and prototyping to manufacturing. Passionate about disruptive technologies, Ming explores new ways to reduce energy use, lower carbon footprints, and create value across industries.

Juzer is a renowned chemical process expert and entrepreneur specializing in waste-to-fuels, catalysis, water treatment, and nanomaterials. With multiple patents and founded companies, he has authored numerous industry articles and delivered keynote speeches at conferences. As CTO, he leads innovative solutions for water and waste-to-energy systems, combining technical feasibility with economic viability. His team of experts develops prototypes for commercialization, achieving breakthroughs like converting cow manure and plastic waste into fuels, zero-discharge wastewater systems, and patented nanomaterials.

Mickael is an expert electrical and power electronics leader. In his role of Director of Engineering at GridBlock, he oversees the design, development and commercialization of cutting-edge energy conversion systems. During his doctoral work, Mickael developed the foundational energy routing technology now powering GridBlock’s products. He envisions a future where distributed modular energy routers support the grid, renewable energies, transport electrification, data centers, and more, creating scalable energy infrastructures across industries.

Shreyas is a results-driven Engineering Director specializing in hardware electronics, system design, and product development. He co-founded and leads GigaGrid, an Endeavour company, overseeing the product, engineering, manufacturing ramp up, and business development. During his doctoral research at Georgia Tech, he developed the “GAMMA” grid monitoring platform, the foundation for Endeavour’s GigaGrid Technology. Prior to that, he led the team behind India’s first passively stabilized communication cube-satellite. Shreyas holds multiple patents in sensors, robotics, and energy management systems.

Deepak Divan is business lead, Founder and CTO of GridTran, a new company building innovative high-power DC energy infrastructure for plants rated at 1–1000MW, including datacenters, generation/storage resources, electrified transportation, new industrial processes and the future grid. Deepak is also Professor Emeritus at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, where he was Founding Director for the Center of Distributed Energy, a leading global research center in the areas of power electronics and the grid, where he led the technology and product ideation for several Endeavour companies. He is coauthor of the book ‘Energy 2040 – Aligning Innovation, Economics and Decarbonization’ covering key factors driving the energy transition and was recognized by Forbes magazine to be in the top 10 ‘must read’ books for 2025. He has founded and provided the technology seed and IP for several companies in the areas of power electronics and the grid, including Smart Wires, GridBlock, GigaGrid and GridTran. He is an elected Member of the US National Academy of Engineering, Life Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and received the 2024 IEEE Medal in Power Engineering. He has over 450 peer-reviewed technical publications, 135 issued and pending patents, and has been a leading voice in this industry for 45+ years.
