The Facility Business Analyst will be a vital member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are looking for someone who provides experience operating critical environments, managing service agreements as well as controlling financial aspects of the business including purchase order and budget reviews. Responsibilities include ensuring that all contractual service obligations are met, facility maintenance coordination, maintaining accurate facility records, report creation, and supporting the organizations procurement activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of data center critical environment infrastructure.
The Facility Business Analyst needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with proven professionalism, who is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.
